GETTING PREPARED

Organise your application documents

Build a working checklist from the institution’s actual request and keep track of what needs attention.

Start with the official request

Each institution and application stage can require different information. Use its current instructions as your checklist, rather than assuming one list applies everywhere.

Make a simple status list

For each requested item, record whether it is ready, needs checking or is still missing. Add a due date and the next action.

  • Qualification records requested by the institution
  • Language evidence if requested
  • References or personal statements if requested
  • Any translations or format requirements to confirm

Check consistency before submitting

Review names, dates and the requested format. Ask about unclear instructions before making changes to an official document. Keep an organised copy of what you actually submit.

Share privately and deliberately

Use the channel agreed with your adviser or institution for sensitive documents. This public website has no document-upload facility. Do not include passport scans or financial information in a first-contact message.
