COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get started.

01I am not sure what or where to study. Can I still contact you?

Yes. Start with your interests, previous study and any questions you have. “Not sure yet” is a valid starting point in our study planner. You can speak with an adviser before choosing a destination or course.

02How should I compare courses?

Compare the modules, qualification level, teaching and assessment, entry requirements, location and total cost. Use the institution’s current course page, and note the questions you still need answered. A familiar course title alone is not enough to compare two options.

03What should I prepare for my first conversation?

Bring a brief outline of your qualifications, the subject or destination you are considering, any course links you have found and your main questions. A short message is enough to start. Do not put passport scans, bank details or private documents into this public message draft.

04Can Study Orbit guarantee admission, a visa or a scholarship?

No. Institutions and government authorities make their own decisions. Scholarship opportunities have their own eligibility rules and terms. Guidance or a conversation does not guarantee an outcome.

05Are the institutions in the official directories Study Orbit partners?

The official education directories are research resources. A link to an institution or national study guide does not mean it is a Study Orbit partner or that Study Orbit can guarantee a place there.

06Does completing this website’s contact form send my enquiry?

This review website prepares a message for you to check. Choose email or WhatsApp to open the draft, then send it in that app. The website does not save or send an enquiry or create an application account.

07Where can I find the scholarship event?

Our separate exhibition website contains the current event dates, venues, registration-request information and the full scholarship terms. Registration or attendance does not guarantee a confirmed seat or a scholarship.

08I already have an application. How do I get an update?

Contact your adviser through your usual agreed channel. Private application records are not displayed on this public website. Keep personal documents out of public messages.
